Sausage Snuggles creates custom chunky knit dog beds designed for maximum coziness and style. We also offer a curated selection of high-quality pet supplies to pamper your furry best friend.
Where are your products made?
All of our custom dog beds are handmade with love in South Africa. Other pet products are sourced from trusted, pet-loving suppliers.
Product Questions
What sizes do your chunky dog beds come in?
We offer multiple sizes to suit every pup, from tiny teacups to chunky dachshunds and beyond:
- Small: Up to 6kg
- Medium: 6–18 kg
- Large: 18–36 kg
- Custom: Just let us know your pet’s size and we’ll make it to fit!
Can I customize the colour or size of a dog bed?
Absolutely! Each chunky dog bed is made to order. You can choose your colour, size, and even add your pet’s name. Custom requests are always welcome—just reach out!
Are the beds machine washable?
We recommend spot cleaning or hand-washing in cold water and laying flat to dry. We include care instructions with every order.
Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Custom beds are handmade and typically ship within 3-6 weeks. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but you’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship locally?
Yes! We currently ship locally using Courier Guy.
How much is shipping?
We offer flat-rate shipping within the SA and calculate standard rates at checkout. Orders over R500 ship free in the SA!
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day returns, must be unused, customer pays return shipping unless faulty.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We accept cancellations or changes within 24 hours of purchase. After that, work on your custom bed may already be underway. Reach out ASAP if you need to make a change.
